Knowing is half the battle
We offer complimentary testing because we know the first step toward feeling better is knowing the truth. Our on-site laboratory makes it easy and convenient for you to have necessary blood work without having to go to a third-party lab for testing.
We do require insurance verification ahead of your appointment, but at this time we do not currently charge a consultation fee. Your consultation is a 30 minute in-depth confidential appointment with one of our expert providers to discuss your lab results and learn about your treatment options.
$3000/package of six treatments. Don’t forget to check our specials page for discounts and promotions.

Depending on your plan and coverage, some insurance companies do cover the diagnosis and treatment of low testosterone and Men’s Health works with most major insurance plans including Blue Cross / Blue Shield, United, Cigna, and Multiplan.
Please check with your individual health insurance carrier regarding coverage provided for as not all insurance plans cover TRT. If your plan is not listed here or you’d like us to check on your behalf, please call our office at 832-900-2427 or fill out the form at the bottom of this page for assistance. We will be happy to contact your insurance plan on your behalf to confirm coverage and bill your plan directly for treatment, should it be covered.
For patients using insurance, most plans require two lab tests to measure testosterone levels before treatment can begin. Because most insurance plans require blood work performed in the morning for the most accurate results, please schedule your lab appointments before 10:00 a.m. You do not have to fast for these tests.
When using insurance for TRT in the clinic, you’re responsible for the co-pay or deductible at every visit and any additional fees for HCG, estrogen blockers, or other medications not covered by insurance. Your labs can also be run through insurance, but you are responsible for any balance not covered.
Is TRT covered by Medicare or Medicaid? No, Medicare and Medicaid do not include coverage for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at Men’s Health (or anywhere).
